The Meadows was thoughtfully designed to replicate the most appealing features found in a private residence: Attractive furnishings and artwork, carpeted rooms and hallways, warm lighting, an abundance of windows, comfortable spaces to meet and relax, an expansive library of books, a cozy fireplace, and beautiful gardens.
Living Quarters
Residents’ rooms are spacious and light-filled, and each has a private bathroom. Rooms are available furnished or unfurnished to allow residents to decorate their living space with his or her cherished belongings. Each room has the following features:

- Large windows that can open
- Individual thermostats
- Ample closet space
- Call system for staff assistance
- Cable-television ready
Common Spaces and Grounds
At The Meadows, there are many places where residents can socialize or spend some private time. All of our interior spaces are warm, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Our grounds are garden-filled with picturesque views of the ever-changing Vermont landscape.
