RN Supervisor

The Meadows at East Mountain has an opening for an full-time RN supervisor. The RN supervisor will assist with the day-to-day oversight of staff, medical provider communication, physician orders and the overall clinical needs of our residents, and be in compliance with regulatory standards. This key role will also provide training and leadership support to our staff. The RN supervisor will report to the Director of Nursing.

Successful candidates must be a licensed registered nurse, hold a current Vermont nursing license, possess the ability to be a team leader, and successfully complete a thorough background check.

Resident Aide or LNA

The Meadows at East Mountain is looking for caring, diligent, and dependable staff to help take care of our residents who call The Meadows their home. We have the following employment opportunities:

  • Full-time or part-time position on our second shift (2PM-10PM)
  • Part-time “Weekend Warrior” position (Saturdays and Sundays 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM)

Resident Aides provide our residents with valuable hands-on assistance with activities of daily living. It is a truly rewarding and satisfying position. Resident Aides do not need to be licensed or have work experience as an aide. We are willing to train the right applicant. We will put you through a week of classroom training and then another week of on-the-floor training. If you come to us with experience, your starting pay will reflect your knowledge and skills. There is also an opportunity for advancement as we train Resident Aides to become Med Techs.

Successful Resident Aides are kind individuals who have a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and are reliable. We have a strict attendance policy.

Dining Services / Dietary Leader

The Meadows at East Mountain, Rutland County’s premier assisted living community is seeking a dietary leader in our dining services department. The position is full-time 6AM-2PM, five days a week, which includes alternating weekends. Being flexible with your availability is a plus.

Responsibilities include serving meals to residents, deep cleaning of dietary areas, resident communication, and event coordination.

Successful candidates must be comfortable in a senior-care setting, compassionate, conscientious with attention to detail, and work well as part of a team. Med Tech Training Class

The Meadows at East Mountain has an opportunity for Med Techs. A training course will be provided at The Meadows and you will be compensated for your training! No prior experience required, though previous experience as a med tech and/or LNA working in a healthcare setting preferred.
